Find the board and read the next step

The September 24 screenshot report shows a current/next multiplier, a five-step progress bar, a next-purchase price and a MAX button. Those are examples from that player’s board, not universal current prices.

Walk to your own ranch, identify Hatch Luck and compare one step with the displayed bulk price. A MAX label should not be treated as your next-step cost. Read the live confirmation before spending.

What the five-step marker does not prove

The report interprets the last clover marker as a larger fifth step. Its +9-per-cycle explanation is inferred from screenshots, not a published developer formula. Other reports show inconsistent jumps. We do not promise a fixed gain per cycle or build a calculator around it.

Keep Hatch Luck separate from egg Luck, the Index’s 1-in-N labels and a shop egg’s explicit percentage table. Those labels do not supply a common conversion formula. A higher board value is not a guarantee of Dragon or Griffin.

Buy during a run, reconsider before a reset

The dated rebirth sources say cash and purchased luck reset. Before buying another step, decide whether you will use the upgrade before the reset you are saving for.

First solve your immediate collection constraint: an empty nest, an unreliable return or an unaffordable matching radar. Then compare a luck step with the cash you need to retain for your next goal. This is a spending method, not a guaranteed fastest progression order.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Take this into your next session.

Read the next step on your own board and keep luck spending inside the run that will use it.
