Does opening six eggs complete the collection?

No verified guarantee or pity schedule is adopted. The 2,100-token six-attempt budget uses the reported price and allows repeated pets.

Is Halloween Egg part of the 28-row Luck directory?

No. Community Eggs revision 719 still has the same 28 named rows and does not include this event egg. This guide uses separately attributed player reports without inventing a new numerical directory row.
